2016 GMC 3500 Grass Truck 551

Grass 551 is our primary brush/wildland fire fighting apparatus. It responds to all reports of wildand fires along with Engine/Rescue 551. It is a 2016 GMC 3500 4x4 with an automatic 6 speed transmission. It carries a full compliment of wildland hand tools as well as a chainsaws and axes. It also carries Indian Packs for areas with limited access. Grass 551 has a 120 gallon poly water tank with a 20gpm pump with pre plumbed Class A foam system for 2 3/4" 50ft hose reels. Grass 551 responds with 2 firefighters at all times.
